Bolt Gripper
Our bolt gripper is designed for easy handling of bolts in all sizes.
A bolt gripper set usually consists of a single bolt gripper and a double bolt gripper. The double gripper enables faster installation by using two bolts at a time, while the single gripper allows for installation in challenging positions.
The bolt gripper can be customized to fit the specific bolt size and center to center distance between the bolts.

Rotational guide system
Our rotational guide system consists of three guides, which are mounted in the bolt holes to ensure precise positioning of the flange. Together with two guide pins, the guides enable accurate alignment of the two flanges.
The guides are designed to dampen the movement of the load as it makes contact with the flange. As the load is gradually lowered, the dampening effect increases, allowing the guide pins to smoothly align and fit into the flange holes.
The guide system can be used for:
- Installation of wind turbine towers
- Installation of wind turbine nacelles
- Installation of TPs
- Installation of OSP TPs
- Installation of all flange to flange connections.
The rotational guide system goes perfectly together with our flange vision system, ensuring good monitoring of the guide pins while landing the component.
Rotation guides
The rotation guides ensures controlled installation of TPs and WTG towers with reduced weight for easier handling.
