The system typically includes two Intelligent Guide Pins, three Intelligent Alignment Guides, and a camera system. For larger loads, additional pins or guides can be added to ensure complete precision.
The Intelligent Alignment System enables safe and precise flange alignment without any manual intervention.
With the camera system, operators can monitor bolt-hole alignment from a distance, while the electric, remote-controlled Intelligent Alignment Guides provide exceptional precision by continuously adjusting torque. Finally, the guide pins can be deployed through the bolt holes using remote control, completing the installation efficiently and safely.
