Once everything is finalized on paper, we order all materials, prepare the equipment and begin assembly.

Located right next to our engineers’ office, our workshop is where our in-house technicians, electricians, and software specialists bring the system to life, transforming raw materials into a final product.

Everything is done in close collaboration with our engineers to ensure that the finished product aligns perfectly with all plans and drawings.

Once the systems are fully builtWhen everything is assembled, we conduct thorough testing to ensure the equipment ey meet all necessary requirements and specifications. This includes both functional and safety tests to verify that the systems comply with applicable standards and are as close as possible to a plug-and-play solution once mobilized on the vessel.

We also ensure that all necessary certifications and approvals are in place and up to date, so you can be confident that we fully comply with all relevant safety standards and legal requirements.

Now it’s time to mobilize and begin operations to successfully complete the project. This is where our highly skilled workforce comes in.

After thorough planning the mobilization down to every detail, our experienced mobilization crew installs the system onboard the vessel, making sure everything is mounted for optimal performance. Our mobilization crew is trained to safely and efficiently install the system, while minimizing the mobilization time to an absolute minimum.

Our team undergoes thorough training through real-life simulations to ensure they are fully qualified to operate on-site.

By providing hands-on experience in a controlled, low-risk environment, we maximize efficiency and minimize the learning curve, ensuring smooth, safe, and effective operations.

On-site, we take full responsibility for all operations, giving you confidence that everything will be handled efficiently and safely thanks to our thorough planning and training.
Our operators are trained to maintain the system, minimizing any potential failures throughout the project. In case a component should fail during operations, our personnel are also trained to fix the issue fast and efficiently. Furthermore, they have 24/7 access to a back-office support line, to make sure they have all the necessary support to get the equipment running as fast as possible.

We bring all the necessary equipment required to complete the task, ensuring that everything is in place to efficiently and effectively carry out the job from start to finish.

Once the job is done we demobilize the equipment, and bring it back to our warehouse.

Before the next job, we thoroughly inspect the equipment and upgrade the system to be compliant with our most recent standards.

We take care of all maintenance and storage of the equipment, so you don’t have to deal with it as soon as the project is complete.
