Our pre-assembly process involves receiving components, storing them for easy access, assembling and preparing them for offshore installation, and delivering them to the vessel on time. Each component is thoroughly prepared, tested and inspected before shipment to ensure it is ready for seamless integration upon arrival at the job site. This careful planning and attention to detail minimizes delays and improves the overall project timeline.

With our in-house engineering and production facilities, we are also capable of supplying a variety of equipment for pre-assembly sites.
We have previously delivered bolt grippers for easy handling of bolts, TP cover yokes for lifting TP covers on and off TPs in a floating environment, stacking frames for storage and transport of TP covers, and much more.
Retrofit
We know it is not always the case that all findings are incorporated in the design phase of the different components. Therefore, we are also capable of performing potential retrofits on the components as needed. We have specialists and technicians who are used to performing and optimizing a variety of retrofit tasks.
