HARCO Heavy Lifting performed hydraulic oil exchange on all 48 turbines at Lillgrund in Q1/Q2 2021. HARCO Heavy Lifting supplied advisory, project management, tools and 4 skilled service technicians, while Lillgrund site personnel ensured transfer, together with consumables.
Despite rough weather during the winter months, HARCO Heavy Lifting exchanged oil and filters on the 48 2,3 MW SGRE Turbines in within the planned period. Our skilled technicians made sure that HARCO met all expectations, and that the job was performed without environmental damage and LTFs.
All observations made throughout the project, has been submitted directly from our Service Technicians through the HARCO service app, enabling repair work during the planned service.
With thorough planning and execution, turbine availability has been optimized in all aspects, contributing to the overall HARCO goal of driving the green transition.
The Wind Farm consists of 48 2,3 MW SGRE turbines. The Wind Farm was commissioned in December 2007, as the third-largest wind farm in the world. The wind turbines are 115-metres high, and are visible on the horizon from the coast. (source: powerplants.vattenfall.com)
